Pierre, a Parisian entrepreneur who has already booked several flights with us, called us to set up something special for his father’s 90th birthday. His father had never left France and had never taken a plane in his life. Therefore, we came up with the idea to pick up the father and the son and fly them from Paris to London for a nice lunch. On the way back we made a stop in Normandy and organized a private guide to visit the World War II Normandy Landing Beaches.

Is there a bathroom?
Generally speaking, the smaller the aircraft, the fewer amenities can fit on the plane. The size of aircraft that you select will influence whether or not there is a restroom on board.In small jets you will find an energy bathroom, and in midsize or large you will find luxury bathrooms.
Can I bring my pet on board?
We welcome pets and dogs on board, so please let us know up front about your pet and we will find a pet friendly aircraft for you.
Can I choose the airports?
When arranging your charter flight, we will do our best to set up the arrival and departure airports to be as close as possible to your destination. One terrific benefit of using private jet service is that in most cases you are able to land and depart much closer to home than when flying on a commercial flight.
How far in advance do I need to book a charter flight?
The sooner you make your request, the more choices you have, but depending on the routing of your trip and aircraft availability, a private jet can be arranged with as little as 5 hours’ notice.
What happens after the booking?
Your itinerary will be confirmed by email. This will provide a confirmation of your reservation and includes the following information: the date(s) and estimated departure time of travel, flight segments arranged on your behalf, aircraft type, and other requests specified by you when booking your flight.
Are there any flight attendants on board?
While some aircraft require a cabin attendant on board, others may not. If your flight does not require an attendant, but you prefer to have one, cabin attendants may be available upon request.
How and when do we have to pay?
In private aviation business it’s the tradition that clients pay in full for their trip via Bank Wire Transfer at least five days prior to departure.
What documentation do I need for my flight?
A government issued photo ID is required prior to boarding. Boarding will be denied to any passenger without proper documentation when such is required by law or customs. All passengers are required to carry a passport when traveling internationally and to non-Schengen countries . All documents required for international travel must be presented to the flight crew for review prior to boarding.
